The evolution of work can be summarized in one simple sentence. From muscles to head to heart. Mechanical machines overperformed our muscles and computers will overperform our heads. Now we’re moving to “heart”, i.e. the meta-skills that separate us from computers. The problem is, it’s difficult to measure human skills such as compassion, courage or perseverance with traditional means. Even though there are no tests or degrees for them, we need to put more effort to developing these skills – and that is a leadership challenge.

Adding Value Through Blended Learning: An Overview of how Konica Minolta boosted TTI, Inc. - Europe’s Sales Training

TTI, Inc. - Europe developed a partnership with Konica Minolta to help create their first online sales training program, utilizing a blend of eLearning content and live sessions. The blended model ended up being a good way to introduce online learning to a company that had only previously worked with in-person training models, and provided a lot of room for customization. In this presentation, the history and next steps of addedVALUE Sales Training is discussed.
