In a recent market study, the Canadian market researcher Technavio puts the average annual growth rate for the forecast period 2020 to 2024 at almost 13 % per year. Other market researchers such as IT Intelligence Markets even assume an average annual growth rate of 18 % in the forecast period 2019 to 2026.

In terms of market value, more and more market study providers are also assuming that an annual market value of 300 billion US dollars is likely to be exceeded within the next few years.

The Canadian market researcher Technavio predicts that 34% of market growth will come from the APAC region. The main reason for this growth is the increased use of gamification and microlearning. Users of eLearning from companies, schools and universities, but also consumers can look forward to an immensely increasing variety of learning solutions in the coming years.
