Global market for Employee Engagement Software to continue to grow steadily

New York | The US market research institute Zion Market Research recently published a forecast for the years 2019 to 2025 based on 13.5% average annual growth in the global Employee Engagement Software Market. In 2018, the corresponding global market amounted to 142 million US dollars. According to the prognostic calculations of Zion Market Research, the market will already amount to 346 million US dollars by 2025.

Employee engagement software is used by companies to strengthen collaboration electronically, establish a better workflow in the team and also initiate joint learning processes – for example in the form of company-internal social media. Ultimately, the aim of such software is to increase the productivity of companies and to attract employees to work in their own companies for as long as possible. To this end, appropriate software solutions for companies that use them often include the options of progress indicators as well as feedback and rewards for users.

Zion Market Research’s forecast is based, for example, on the observation that numerous organizations have invested in social business software in recent years and that no market saturation is to be expected at present, as small and medium-sized companies in particular are still in the implementation process. Zion Market Research also assumes that the relatively early introduction of employee engagement software in North America worldwide should continue to ensure that the North American market will account for a large share of the global market. After all, it should not be underestimated that a longer-term establishment of corresponding software solutions will have a positive effect on employee acceptance. A higher level of acceptance, in turn, would result in increased demand for corresponding software solutions among companies.
