London | More than 800 learning experts met and networked at the “Learning Technologies Award” gala evening on 21 November at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel. The main prize “Company of the year 2018” went to the LMS provider “Learning Pool”. The jury praised the company’s customer-centric approach, as Learning Pool regularly organizes events at which current and potential customers can meet. In total, prizes were awarded in twenty-two prize categories. The jury evaluated projects from over 30 different countries.
Awards at international level included “Honda Motor Europe” for the best use of blended learning, Brightwave and PWC for the best eLearning in the area of compliance, Funkis Multimedia for the best learning game and Popcorn’s Volvo Group and Kath Jackson Jones as Learning Designer of the Year.
