Towards Maturity expands in Australia and New Zealand

The independent consultant Michelle Ockers supports “Towards Maturity” in expanding its presence in Australia and New Zealand. The company recently announced this. This is the company’s response to increased interest in the company’s own “Health Check”, a test to evaluate and optimize business processes and performance indicators. The test offers a specific digital learning offer. Last 180 enterprises of the selling region had participated in it.

Michelle Ockers has been working professionally for 13 years on the question of how unused potential can be exploited in organizations and how efficient learning methods can be anchored. Thus, she developed and led among other things a technical academy for “Coca Cola Amatil” and worked together with the high-level personnel there. According to this, the analyst Michelle Ockers brings with her local know-how, contacts and knowledge from her previous activities.

Ockers sees a great need for change in operational learning: “The regional companies and organizations are ready for the change in the learning environment, the dynamics of which I would like to accelerate together with Towards Maturity.” Today, in contrast to a few years ago, there is an awareness of the need to transform learning approaches in order to establish strategic corporate values through digital courses. Laura Overton, CEO and founder of Towards Maturity, comments on the collaboration: “We are delighted to be working with Michelle to explore how we can strategically expand our business in Australia.”
